2018 - 2021 | InglewoodTrained teachers to design and implement curricula that met core standards and Next Generation Science Standards (NGSS) requirements while using Thinking Maps, Writing from the Beginning and Beyond, and Cognitively Guided Instruction (CGI). Enhanced teacher practices through modifying their teaching methods, and implementing research-based innovations to improve instructional delivery and increase test scores. Focused on enhancing teachers' pedagogical skills and developing a culture of collaboration and created an assessment protocol to ensure full staff participation. Delivered professional development and support for teachers to strengthen the use of the ELA, math, and ELD programs and worked with the coach to offer differentiated training and support, as needed.
